A fair opportunity to be heard.

Justice for all.
Accountability
for everyone.

When medical harm, broken systems, or red tape stand between a family and answers, their voices deserve to be heard.

Our priorities

Three priorities.
One commitment.

Our focus brings together the rights of people harmed, the responsibility to address wrongdoing, and the need for systems that treat every person with dignity.

MEDICAL ACCOUNTABILITY

When care causes harm

People deserve to have concerns about medical treatment taken seriously. We support the careful organization of experiences and records so families can seek answers about suspected malpractice or unsafe care.

RESTORATIVE JUSTICE

Repair begins with being heard

We advocate for approaches that recognize harm, center the voices of those affected, and promote meaningful accountability, restoration, and dignity.

ACCESS TO JUSTICE

Rights beyond the red tape

Complex paperwork and unanswered questions can leave people feeling shut out. We help bring structure and clarity to the information people need to communicate their concerns.

The conviction behind our work

Families should never have to carry the cost of harm while accountability disappears behind paperwork. This should not be the American way. We believe in answers, fair processes, and justice for all.

Alliance Equality Foundation stands for people whose concerns have been dismissed, whose questions remain unanswered, and whose path forward has become tangled in procedural barriers.

Services offered

A clearer next step.

Practical, nonlegal support to help you present your experience clearly and prepare for conversations with the appropriate professionals or organizations.

01

Case review

A structured review of your account and available documents to organize the facts, identify missing information, and prepare questions for further review.

  • Events and correspondence organized into a timeline
  • Document inventory and missing-record checklist
  • Questions to take to a licensed attorney or relevant agency
02

Paperwork preparation

Administrative help presenting information in a clear, consistent format using the details you provide.

  • Factual summaries and document organization
  • Formatting correspondence and supporting materials
  • Assembling materials for your own review before use
03

Self-representation preparation

For individuals preparing to handle their own matters where self-representation is permitted, we offer administrative help organizing their materials under their direction.

  • Factual timelines and evidence indexes
  • Typing and formatting information supplied by the client
  • Assembling document packets and tracking dates supplied by the client

Court rules determine who may represent themselves and what filings are required. We do not select legal claims or strategy, choose legal forms for you, give legal advice, file or appear as your representative, or determine whether your case can proceed. A licensed attorney can advise on these questions.

Services do not include legal advice, legal representation, a medical opinion, or a determination that malpractice occurred. An initial review does not establish an attorney-client relationship or guarantee an outcome. Scope and any fees must be agreed before services begin.

Prepare a general inquiry and arrange a suitable method to share sensitive records before providing them.

Before you begin

Common questions.

Does case review determine whether I have a lawsuit?

No. Our review organizes information and questions. A licensed attorney must assess legal claims, filing requirements, and legal options. Medical questions require an appropriately qualified professional.

Can you represent me or file a lawsuit for me?

The services described here are case organization and administrative paperwork preparation. Legal representation and legal advice are not offered through these services.

Does contacting you protect a filing deadline?

No. Contacting the Foundation, preparing a summary, or receiving administrative support does not file a claim or preserve a deadline. Ask a licensed attorney promptly about any deadlines relevant to your situation.

Should I send my medical records by email?

Begin with a general inquiry. Do not send sensitive records through this preparation tool or an initial email. Discuss an appropriate method for sharing records before providing them.

Are donations available or tax-deductible?

This website does not collect donations. No claim of tax-exempt status or tax deductibility is made.
